My work centers on aligning design and AI integration to evolve how creative teams operate at scale.

I embed AI into workflows, advance scalable design systems, and shape operating models that enable high-performance brand work across markets.

I approach emerging technology through a design lens — identifying where systems thinking and structure create measurable gains in efficiency, consistency, and creative impact.

Currently, I serve as creative lead for AI integration across the North American network, defining how AI enhances team capability, accelerates delivery, and supports enterprise-level transformation.

Alongside this, I mentor designers and cultivate strong creative standards across teams.
